Buyer Beware! Worst Customer service experience. I was recommended to use this facility by Liberty Mutual but the entire process was a nightmare and I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere to be fixed. When I informed this facility that I did not want them to fix the issue, they returned my vehicle with the windshield smashed in. I have all the before and after pictures to prove it and were turned into Liberty Mutual claims services and they had to replace the windshield as well. I used this B&B location after having an accident. I figured it would be just as good as the one in south Austin. I WAS WRONG! They gave me an estimated completion date when I dropped it off. It was the day before I was going on vacation, so I constantly called and checked. As it got closer, they moved it a couple days later - which is fine, I understand. i hate this company and do not recommend it to anyone they ruined my car better yet they made us pick up our car in the late after hours and noone put the paper work in the car then as i was looking at my car to see the work that had been done on it the back light was broken on it and it did start correctly then the manager was rude in considerate and dawna had no idea how mad i was at her. we took it back a number of times for it to be fixed correctly, i do not recoomend this place to anyone. dont take your car there they w... read more
These people are the friendliest of all the shops I've been into for this fender bender. Dawna Ramirez was very knowledgeable and very patient. She worked with me ( and my obsessive personality) and the things my car needs.My car is better than new - it is shiny, straight and did I mention shiny?? I highly recommend B&B , San Marcos .
