Best tow by any captain we have ever had! Seth towed my boat from Gulfport to Palmetto through some very tricky maneuvers, and shallow spots, definitely recommend.👌
Incompetent operation, make sure you instruct their captains on how to use a sounding instrument. This guy towed my boat aground after being warned about shoaling, and then threatened to "cut me loose and leave us here".
This is just a unbiased comment regarding one of the one star reviews. I'm visiting the area on vacation, and I too am a captain for TowboatUS up north. I was just wondering where the towers were in this area n saw these reviews. The one fellow said the tower was gonna chg 600 for a two mile tow that's take a half hour. I just want to inform you, that keep in mind, the captain may have been an hour run from your position and after the tow he has to run back time and at some point fuel up again.
