Dr. Tovar is always very caring and compassionate. He explains everything very clearly.
I have known doctor Tovar since 2008, he helped me with both my pregnancies and he is an amazing human being besides being a great doctor. He cares about his patients and I would highly recommend him, plus everyone in the office is amazing too!
Everything was great until I had to use the Medicaid Transportation and was late or missed appointments that is when they stop seeing me. It's not like I was intentionally missing appointments. No compassion at all!
