I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with knowledge of the great reputations held by Dr.s Tovar & Quilici. When I had a perforated appendix there was need for immediate surgery for this very serious condition. Dr. Tovar did the surgery and saved my life. He followed up daily with his expert associate, Dr. Quilici, through several days I needed to overcome infection. I highly recommend this team!
My family had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Tovar’s office due to poor front office management and lack of basic communication. My father is medically fragile, non-ambulatory, and currently resides in a skilled nursing facility. His appointment was scheduled for December 24 at 10:00 a.m. Because of his condition, we had to arrange out-of-pocket medical transportation and take time off work to get him to this appointment.
