Ten out of ten stars. For the first time ever, last week there was a very important ingredient missing from my meal kit. I LOVE EVERYTHING from this food service company and my family loves the family meals, especially the Meatballs and Tortellini in creamy tomato sauce. The Spicey packet was missing from my Sweet and Spicey Thai Chicken bowl. I guess that day someone decided to be a human. Due to unforeseen circumstances I tried to cancel our meals for the week 6 days before delivery - it’s an emergency situation - and they wouldn’t help me. We buy 12 meals a week! No more. So disappointed in them :(
Worst customer service and logistics in the world!!. Customer VM at their chicago office disconnects before you can start leaving message. Food arrives late, thawed and dis-sheveled. Horrendous operational management. Quit service as food unedible due to delivery
We purchased their oven when they were still in the beta launch phase. I’ve tried many meal kits, and this one really is the best bang for the buck. My only gripe is that the meals are extremely high in sodium. Heating two of these meals and you are already over your daily recommended intake of sodium. They don’t offer more healthier selections like they did when the company first started out. They used to be very health-conscious with almost all of their meals around 700 cal in the beginning.
