Waited 6 hours at ER till our one week old daughter can get a room. At least 5 nurses came to us asking the same questions again and again till Dr. Appleson came to us, and then asked the same questions again. Our pediatrician wrote a note to direct us directly to Dr. Appleson but it didn't help expediting anything and she only showed up for less than 5 minutes. A lot unnecessary blood draw and tests. Probably the worse experience at hospital.
