Very disappointing experience. Despite repeated requests by calling and email, I could not get an itemized bill distinguishing parts and labor. The time appeared inflated on the bill. I have no idea how it took 2.5 hours to switch a three toggle switch, especially when the wall was already cut out around the outlet. Same goes for another two hours to switch out a three prong GFI outlet. Had Keith out to troubleshoot some dead outlets—- he found and fixed the problem quickly and then went about addressing several nagging issues around the house. Keith is always a pleasure to work with and his work quality is outstanding !! Thank you very much!
