Doug is the BEST around! He goes out of his way to help us, and others - and he's honest about what can/needs to be fixed - or if a malfunctioning appliance should just be replaced instead of spending money on fixing it. He's knowledgeable, reliable, and quick to make repairs. Not only is he our go-to guy, but I also refer him to all of my real estate clients as well.
