I was recommended to Tous and Associates by a close friend. I switched from Perona, Langer, Beck, Serbin & Harrison back in November 2023 and it's almost been a year since I have been with them. My phone call always goes to voicemail, they are slow to answer emails, and told me in April I was on their "list" to see a QME in a couple months. It's now almost November and they have not provided me with any updates about my case. I don't feel like they don't care and stop putting effort into my case.

Went to WC doctors who didn't do much, Greg was able to get me to an Ortho who immediately recommended surgery that I knew was needed. All in all, my case was settled and now I can move on.
