Horrible Law Firm, the service is unprofessional, very little communication, dragged out my case pointlessly for half a year just to drop it with vague jargon and no specific information. This was a week after telling me they were moving forward with other aspects. After a follow up, I was referred back to a very vague, fake first class (yes fake, a letter they just wrote first class with a sticky note) letter then ignored in inquiring further. I was recommended to Tous and Associates by a close friend. I switched from Perona, Langer, Beck, Serbin & Harrison back in November 2023 and it's almost been a year since I have been with them. My phone call always goes to voicemail, they are slow to answer emails, and told me in April I was on their "list" to see a QME in a couple months. It's now almost November and they have not provided me with any updates about my case. I don't feel like they don't care and stop putting effort into my case.
This firm got me the care I needed at every step. Very professional and quick responses to my questions. I recommend Tous to all of my family and friends.
I was referred to Tous by the Sweet James law firm. Spoke to Greg at Tous and they took my case from there. Went to WC doctors who didn't do much, Greg was able to get me to an Ortho who immediately recommended surgery that I knew was needed. All in all, my case was settled and now I can move on. I would recommend their services to everyone reading this.
