Terrible online ordering practices that do not allow customers to modify or cancel orders. This is a predatory practice that only causes customers to lose their time going to a store to return items or wait weeks if the return is by mail. Ridiculous!
What a strange experience to walk into this jewelry store today, 7/30, to look for a gift for some of my wedding party and have no one say a word to me in greeting. Three female employees stood at the counter, looked up and me and my sister without a saying a word, and completely ignored us. I’m left wondering if it had anything to do with our appearance.
