What a strange experience to walk into this jewelry store today, 7/30, to look for a gift for some of my wedding party and have no one say a word to me in greeting. Three female employees stood at the counter, looked up and me and my sister without a saying a word, and completely ignored us. I’m left wondering if it had anything to do with our appearance. This store is so beautiful. I love how it’s all glass and it sits in the corner inside the mall you can literally just walk around the store and see everything that’s inside without having to go in in case you have anxiety or something and they always really decorate the display windows, which is always something to look at. They have amazing art pieces inside that sometimes I wish they would sell anyways perfect place to shop.
I feel disappointed with the quality of the jewel, since it is supposedly "18 Karats" I went to look for a solution to the problem and they doubted its originality, I only told them that real gold does not fade, so I only want the guarantee of the product that I paid for, they said they would call me but they didn’t assure me any guarantee or solution.
