I've rented property from them for 6 years collectively and have had nothing but problems with their maintenance.The office will only approve the cheapest repairs and do a terrible/cheap job when fixing things. They dont care about their properties upkeep and when I told them about a really bad termite problem at our house they advised me it was my responsibility to take care of it. I will never rent from them again.
