I want to update my review after speaking with Michael from Tours & Boats. He reached out to discuss my concerns, explained everything clearly, and followed up with a detailed email confirming the solution we discussed. I appreciate the time he took and the professional way my situation was handled. Good customer service and communication go a long way, and this follow-up definitely changed my experience for the better. I’m looking forward to taking the tour during the upcoming season.
I strongly DO NOT recommend buying tickets from this company. I was misled and treated unfairly. I requested a refund within less than 10 minutes of making the purchase, yet my money was kept, and I was denied any refund. What’s worse, I was not even given the option to use the Groupon at a later date (next summer). Zero flexibility, zero customer care, zero professionalism.
