Have not been there yet but they left me a number to call back but whenever I tried to call back and try to get ahold of their operator, their AI or whatever keeps telling me that I used an invalid entry, hoping my regular doctor can explain what is wrong with me so I can see someone reliable

I was referred to a urologist at Touro University Medical Group by my primary care physician, and the referral process was as expected pending verification of my insurance coverage, and an appointment with the urologist was scheduled. As the referrals process goes, I waited a reasonable amount of days, but, during the time I waited I did have to call both my primary care and Touro inquiring as to the status of when my referral was faxed, and when it was received. Took over 5 months to get an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes late because of a flat tire. I have several medical issues both cardiac and neurological and walk slowly with a walker. The office is not plainly marked. The signs in front of the building say Dignity Health and Saint Joseph’s medical center with a marquee listing all the doctors with them also Quest Diagnostics. No mention of Touro. The only sign is a small font on wine half of the sliding doors with the other side of the doors saying I believe St Joseph’s in a la... read more
