Quick and courteous care and the text messages are amazing
I was seen in a timely manner and staff was friendly and professional.
They lied and said they would send my urine cultures and they’d call me back if I needed to change my antibiotic. They never sent them and I took a full dose of the wrong antibiotic. Here I am weeks after my medication and finding out I’m still dealing with the same infection only it’s gotten worse. When I log into my patient portal you can see they tested me for pregnancy, chlamydia and collected a urine sample.
