I have never had a better experience in a hospital ER. Came in with serious concerns and in pain. Every interaction was warm, compassionate, friendly and professional. Dr. Seltzer and Nurse Carnegie is the epitome of Above and Beyond! I’m grateful and appreciative of your commitment to quality service in healthcare.

Currently waiting in the back and have not been checked on or examined for almost an hour now. Came in for a suspected spider bite above my eye that is making it extremely difficult to see and is very painful. Have been here for at least 2-3 hours now and have yet to have one single person examine me properly. I’m freezing cold and have yet to be offered a blanket let alone be checked on for the reason I came in. If I could give this place less than one star I would! This was by far one of the worst hospitals I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. We came from out of town to enjoy the Savannah Banana game and decided to have some drinks down on burbon. My husband was drugged with fentanyl and was found in the streets not breathing. He was first brought to Tulane hospital and they were AMAZING. They not only took care of him by me as well.
