I’ve NEVER posted a bad business review before but we’ve never experienced such terrible treatment until we tried Tournament tackle company and marine service in Norton!!! The guy PROMISED us that we’d have our boat by July 4th. He lied. Never touched it. The worst part was he smiled and sarcastically waved at Paul Coelho and yelled “have a nice 4th” as he pulled away with the boat. Now we’ll have a ton of disappointed kids. Highly recommend!! I had lots of issues with my mercury outboard. And they were extreamly thorough and found every issue and fixed them. I'm a long term customer now! Cant thank them enough.
