Laser hair removal treatment at Tourmaline exceeded my expectations, painless, smoother and clearer skin. Gladys is very knowledgeable and caring. She takes the time to offer a personalized treatment for her clients considering what will have the best results. I appreciate her honesty and patience! Tourmaline skin care & laser, was a great experience since I first walked in the door. Gladys was very professional and welcoming, she made sure I was comfortable with what I wanted to do, and today I got the body contouring! She explained what everything was and how it worked while also making sure I was okay throughout the whole process. For this being my first time experiencing a skincare/body spa, I was in love! My experience at tourmaline was very good! I’ve been to a few med spas, and this place was superior to them! Since walking in I was greeted by the staff, got situated in less than 5mins and the laser hair removal was very quick, painless, and comfortable. Gladys was very nice and super knowledgeable of the products and service she uses. I felt more comfortable knowing she explained everything beforehand. I would recommend to anyone wanting to do laser hair removal and wants a smooth and painless experience!
