Gladys is such a caring person. I got laser hair removal done here, a few years after doing an initial treatment at a different medspa. Tourmaline is a small business that will take care of you and take sufficient time to review your needs and ensure that the treatment is personalized to you. I've seen progress after each session. I love that she also will tell you what will *not* work well with your skin. She'll recommend only things that are worth it for you and your goals.
Gladys really knows what she’s doing and takes her time doing it. She cares to deliver amazing results and her space is relaxing.
BEST MED SPA IN HOUSTON!!! Ever since I started going there they cleared my skin. I used to have really bad acne a few months ago but now my skin is clearer than ever.
Gladys was wonderful and provided excellent laser hair removal. She is thoughtful and caring. I have also received one of her facials that was fantastic. I will be booking more treatments from her in the future.
I went in to get the micro needling treatment done for the first time. Gladys, the owner of the place was very welcoming and friendly. I was able to communicate my skin goals to her very clearly. The establishment is very professional with top equipment. I will definitely be coming back. Her treatments provide foreseeable results. Gladys also spoke Spanish which is a plus!
