Tourmaline skin care & laser, was a great experience since I first walked in the door. Gladys was very professional and welcoming, she made sure I was comfortable with what I wanted to do, and today I got the body contouring! She explained what everything was and how it worked while also making sure I was okay throughout the whole process. For this being my first time experiencing a skincare/body spa, I was in love! Definitely will be visiting again very soon! THANK YOU for this amazing experience.

Gladys is such a caring person. I got laser hair removal done here, a few years after doing an initial treatment at a different medspa. Tourmaline is a small business that will take care of you and take sufficient time to review your needs and ensure that the treatment is personalized to you. I've seen progress after each session. I love that she also will tell you what will *not* work well with your skin. She'll recommend only things that are worth it for you and your goals.

My experience at tourmaline was very good! I’ve been to a few med spas, and this place was superior to them! Since walking in I was greeted by the staff, got situated in less than 5mins and the laser hair removal was very quick, painless, and comfortable. Gladys was very nice and super knowledgeable of the products and service she uses. I felt more comfortable knowing she explained everything beforehand. I would recommend to anyone wanting to do laser hair removal and wants a smooth and painless experience!

I had my first laser hair removal session here and was blown away! The spa is beautiful and super relaxing. The laser hair treatment was virtually painless, and the technician was professional, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. After just one session, I’ve already noticed a big difference in hair growth. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxury med spa experience and great results!

I went in to get the micro needling treatment done for the first time. Gladys, the owner of the place was very welcoming and friendly. I was able to communicate my skin goals to her very clearly. The establishment is very professional with top equipment. I will definitely be coming back. Her treatments provide foreseeable results. Gladys also spoke Spanish which is a plus!
