I cannot say enough positive things about Touright! Our experiences with them over the last 7 years have been wonderful. They have fitted my kids (and husband!) with bikes allowing us to trade them back in when they need an upgrade. If we ever have any issues, they are quick to fix them, and they happily answer all my questions. I stopped in just to browse and found the best bike shop. The owner updated the software of my trek and didn’t charge me!!!! The place I bought it from charges me $40 for each update and didn’t even tell me I could do it myself by cell phone. The owner of Touright taught me how to do it myself. I’m so impressed and happy with Touright. I will stop in every time I’m in town.
David and Susan provide amazing customer service. The shop has a great selection of anything you need to ride.
We were camping at the Lindbergh State Campground over the 4th of July weekend. We were on a bike ride and I was having problems with my rear derailleur. We stopped by the Touright Bicycle Shop for help, the owner dropped what he was doing and fixed my bike while his wife gave the others in my group information on local attractions good rides in the area. I highly recommend this great small town bike shop, great service and very friendly. Thanks for keeping me rolling!
Highly recommend Touright Bicycle Shop! We had a mishap with our bike rack while heading north this weekend. Found these very friendly and helpful people via Google, during our drive. We pulled up and they accessed the damage to my bike, checked its function, replaced the hand grip; and had us back on the road in 5 minutes. Can't thank them enough!
