The friendly staff at Tourig got me and my van back on the road at no cost … I’m a new owner of a 2019 MB sprinter, far from home when my van starts to display some curious behavior at start up… I called Tourig based on google reviews, explained my problem and they said to come on in and talk to their Mercedes tech. 2nd owner of a Tourig custom build -- and performing lots of add-ons as well as some maintenance. Couldn't be happier with how I was treated -- and how well they remembered this very specific van! I look forward to continuing my build-out with Tourig and trust my van with them for regular service when the time comes. Top-notch business! (brought in to tighten leaf springs, install 2nd row stowable seating, 6-ski storage box, a custom dining table and an awning... will be back for more soon!).

The Tourig Team answered all of the questions we had. They even researched options that would help us get the most clearance possible while not voiding the Ford factory warranty. Caroline, Eli, and Elena were very knowledgeable and patient. Our experience with the Tourig team was well worth the 1,000-mile trip. Having Tourig install a QLift was our first step in converting a "nerdy" looking Transit cargo van to a "tuff" looking adventure machine. Here are the before and after photos. We couldn't be more pleased!
