The most difficult company I have worked with in many years. We were sold an amazing package, only to be bait switched the entire process of dealing with this company. We were told they had an amazing photographer for us and then received a photographer that was very hard to work with. He refused to make changes/corrections and would tell us oh that package is no longer available even though that’s what we had paid for.
