The people that run in make up the prices as I go one side has no hot water the rooms are not very clean lamp shades dirty floor dirty w old furniture from the 80s needs to be updated the wifi works sometimes u better of going to sandman motel their rooms are 50 dollars a day or 240 week w tax and the people are more professional I stayed here 3 days and I didn't even stay in the room the cleanest thing was the bathroom floor but the door had no knob and u couldn't close it bates motel not tourest
Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 8 months and within that 8 months the new managers never cleaned our room and they never fixed anything and customer service was not very good they were grumpy most of the time and they make you pay a $25 fee just if you dont clean your room yourself and if you dont pay before 11:00 they will lock you out of your room until you pay and they raised there prices to $310 for a week and then they will add that $25 fee to it making even more expensive you would be better renting a house instea... read more
Great customer service! Rooms are clean and updated! New managers make it a nice, warm experience. The owners are very kind and all of them do their best to give amazing service to their customers and to keep the property clean and up to date. If you stay at this motel you’ll feel welcomed and appreciated.
Been here an over a year and the new owners are very respectful and understanding. I haven’t had any problems since and I still am currently staying here. They fix everything that needs to be done as soon as possible and had the best sleeps of my life.
