It’s hard for me to describe how pleased I and my congregation are with Tourangeau’s work. I was the lead for a complex refurbishment at my church, and I appreciated how reliable they were. Especially how they (1) answer phone calls and emails (2) show up on time, (3) coordinate subcontractors, (4) collaborated on design, and (5) demonstrated professionalism and competence. Plumbing was definitely the most complex aspect of the project, and they delivered.
Kudos to the young Tourangeau employee I encountered today in downtown Ottawa. I pulled over to park on Laurier Avenue, West (close to Bank St.) this afternoon and, as I approached the meter to purchase a parking slip, someone behind me said "excuse me, Sir" .. then proceeded to offer me his unexpired slip with about 45 minutes left on it.
