Do not order direct. If something happens to the order (as with mine) their customer service dept is the worst I I have ever dealt with. Stay w/ the big box stores if you want one of their clubs.
I was disappointed when the shaft of my new C725 driver snapped, but Tour Edge made that right with exceptional customer service. They replied to my email in a day, showing real concern and immediately willing to make it right. Their communication was quick and informative, and they quickly organized a replacement shaft. Tour Edge showed how customer service is done – with compassion and a desire to make it right. I'm thoroughly pleased and looking forward to adding to my Tour Edge collection.
I played and sold tour edge and bought tour edge for my company's salesman and vendors due to a fact it was a american company I ordered a demo e 725 7 iron it was built with the wrong shaft I contacted customer service they said basically to bad I now use pxg they go above and beyond for their customers I would stay clear of this company
Had a terrible fitting at Club Champion where they were going to charge $3,000 for a Driver, 4W and 7W. It was going to take 3-4 weeks to build the clubs, too. They also had different models of fairway woods which was not what I wanted. Reached out to Mike at Tour Edge as I had the specs. He quoted under $1,000 and they could build things to the specs. Great company! Got fitted for my C722 irons (they spent 1 hour with me, testing, measuring, examining my swing.) And now I have the perfect irons. I love them! Then when I snapped my Exs 220 driver shaft they tested me to make sure the replacement shaft was going to be good for me. FREE OF CHARGE!!! When they say life time warranty, they mean it. It was such a great experience dealing with Tour Edge, They were all friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. And no! I'm not a bot! Just a convert!
