Had an issue with the head on my e722 driver. I called their telephone number and spoke with a excellent customer service representative who gave me their warranty email address. Emailed the address and Mike emailed back with physical address in about 10 minutes. Mailed old head back just looking for a repair, 5 business days latter Brand New e725 head arrived at my door. Best warranty experience ever.

Do not order direct. If something happens to the order (as with mine) their customer service dept is the worst I I have ever dealt with. Stay w/ the big box stores if you want one of their clubs.
