I had a really incredible experience with Dr. Touni and his staff over the course of 3 years, where both myself and my son were patients at his clinic in Sunnyvale. The ortho treatment was outstanding. I was also traveling to Japan one time and lost my retainer for my upper teeth and one of my aligners for my lower teeth, and Cristina (from the staff at the clinic) made replacements for me and sent it over by express mail within a couple of days from receiving my request. Dr Touni is a very experienced, friendly and professional orthodontist. My son has been seeing him for over 10 months now and we have only great things to say about the doctor and his entire team! My son has some anxiety about his treatment and they have been super supportive and helpful overall. Highly recommend his practice for any orthodontic needs.

The overall experience was really positive. Everyone was friendly and tried their best to provide good service. Tina went above and beyond in looking into my insurance benefits, and we even had a nice conversation while I was waiting for the doctor. Dr. Touni was also really kind and thorough in explaining the orthodontic options for my case. He took his time and answered every single one of my questions clearly.
