I contacted them in December 2024, it's now almost August 2025. I asked them to help me with an eviction and IT STILL IS NOT FILED!!!!! I'll call them and they don't bother calling back, I will ask to speak with management and I'm deflected by whoever is on the other end of the phone. I send emails - no response!
