bad customer service
Having trust issues with them!! I was totally satisfied for last 2 years. Whenever my bike get flat tyre, I used to go straight to them and it was fixed. Recently it got 3 times within a couple of weeks. So I decided to fix it by myself. I Bought a punture/hole repair kit from online market and started by taking out the wheel and then inner tube. I was shocked at the first look. There were 2 repair stickers already on the inner tube.. and the owner charged me for a new tube during my last 2 visits. Even during my last visit ... read more
