It's a place where I had to stay because I was tied. Very comfortable, neat and tidy.
Disgusting service the staff is rude went to help out a friend wasn't even there for long and they wanted to call the police on me and my patner for dropping off our friend from appointments. Clean room no, bed was filled with ants and bed bugs wouldn't recommend going there for anything
Disgusting! We checked in to room 17 and it was dirty, I pulled the sheets back to check the cleanliness of the bed and found bed bugs. Called reception and they said no one had complained before (read other reviews). They moved us to the family suite and the bugs were in clusters. I called again and even though they said they didn’t know the lady looked exactly at the spot where the cluster was. We got a refund and left.
