the scummy gangbangers that live here are allowed to blast their bass as loud as they want whenever they want with no repercussions. if you ever want some peace of mind find somewhere else to live.
I visited here while in tough times and tried for a home Laura was kind enough to answer every question asked and even sat with me to fill out every section of the application. I was denied and she was quick to call me and inform me of what happened. She told me what I had to do to make it happen in the future. I have visited other Zeman Homes sites in the past. I had a positive experience. When I learned that they purchased this park I was kind of excited. I have contacted the office mgr Laura several times by phone email and personal visit. She has never returned my calls or emails. Very unprofessional and plain rude. I can see now that most of the other reviews about Laura and this place are true. I am thinking about calling Zeman and letting them know how they lost a customer
This park was sold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to Blackhawk Estates..... They own many places in the Chicago area. They WILL bring up the value of your home...
I drove through here by accident and OMG. why would any one have to live in those conditions and have to pay for it. that park is a fire hazard... slum lord is an under statement !
Owners/workers are racist, no offense but really if you are not Hispanic they target you , ticket you for everything parking and chairs on the porch, they are out to make money and don't give a spit about you! you pay the rent a day late and they summon you and try to evict you , Laura in the front office is a real Bit(h , if i wanted to deal with naggie old hags I would have stayed living with my mother
