Honestly best haircuts I have gotten. Used to go often but I moved from the area. Ramone and his dad are amazing. Cut my hair for my wedding too. I’m going to be making the trip out soon, just wish there was an easy way to book an appointment since I’m coming from far
What you see is what you get! I have been coming to Touhy barber for a couple years, and back when it was a smaller family run operation they were much more detail oriented and clean. Now unless you get the owner or his son, the haircut is rushed. I have a mole on the back of my neck (at the edge of my natural hairline) and during the last 2/3 haircuts I've gotten here, 2 different people have run right over it with their clippers while fading, despite being informed and shown it at the beginning. This was one of the worst barbershop experiences I’ve ever had. I showed up at 9:15 AM because Google Maps says they open at 9:00 AM. When I got there the barber at the first chair told me the other barber would not show up until 10:00 AM. I waited anyway and by 10:40 AM the barber still had not arrived. While waiting I asked the first barber how many people he had ahead of me.
