Bad recommendation for turf, bad install, bad customer service. They left no excess turf. Turf started matting within 30 days. Tough turf came out to blow and brush the turf 3 times. Said it was a manufacturer defect. They then wanted to replace the matted areas with the same turf they took from our project that should have been left with us AND they wanted charge a lot of money to replace the turf! That did go well with the builder so they stopped answering calls for MONTHS. 10 Months later we got a new installer who said t... read more
