This company sent us the wrong seat. They charged us a 20% restocking charge (over $200) -- plus we had to pay the return shipping which was $175. It cost us $375 and we still didn't have a seat. We had to purchase it else where.
I sent several reminders by mail but no reply from the staffs for a quote.
