I'm here to amend a post about tough seats. I purchased a seat with a lateral isolator from them and the shock was leaking. I contacted them and they replaced it twice. Again both shocks were leaking. After searching, another manufacturers shock was an exact replacement and they stood behind it 100%. Although frustrating they made things right and I would recommend them purchasing replacement seats. Thank you

I bought a Sears seat for my caseih 9230 with a lateral isolator. The shock on the lateral isolator immediately started leaking. They sent me another shock and it was leaking when I opened their package. I called them and they said they would warranty it again through Sears. They also stated Sears was a terrible company to work with. Another shock arrived and it was also leaking. I emailed Tough Seats again and have had no response. This company sent us the wrong seat. They charged us a 20% restocking charge (over $200) -- plus we had to pay the return shipping which was $175. It cost us $375 and we still didn't have a seat. We had to purchase it else where.
