Old on the left, new on the right! We were very pleased with the new roof installation contracted with TRG and supervised by Derek Torcello! Our old roof had been in place for 37 years and was failing. The new roof added significant safety and aesthetic improvements. It was later followed by new siding and windows. Derrick at Tough Remodeling handled everything from my roof replacement to siding and even gutting the entire upstairs. Anything I needed or wanted, he was there to help—if I picked something out, he made sure it was installed perfectly. This was an unexpected remodel due to an accident, and his team stayed on top of everything every step of the way. They were professional, reliable, and easy to work with during a stressful time. Rahmad from TRG was so excellent. He walked me through the entire process of replacing my roof. He pointed me in the right direction of all contacts I needed to be in touch with and was very responsive when needed. The crew who replaced my roof came out at 6:30am and were done before I came home from work. The new roof is perfection and they didn't leave a single piece of debris behind. Couldn't recommend this company enough.
