I had such a great experience at Tough Luck Tattoos! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They don’t offer sizing exchanges/returns for wrong size piercing jewelry once you walk out the door. Spencer’s has way better prices and offers free returns/exchanges. It stinks because I love shopping local Otherwise piercers are great at what they do
