Trustworthy and experienced, and more than fair on price- even charged me less than what was quoted, which is rare and a pretty good example of how a business with integrity operates. Nathan & his team! Oh man where to begin, they were prompt with the service, they respected the quote previously given and took care of the disassembly of the crane, even though other services in the area could not do the job, on a timely manner! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Reserved weeks in advance only to be told the day before that no trucks are available. What’s the point of reserving in advance if nothing is going to be available? It's infuriating that they called the day before I had to move everything. What am I supposed to do with the people I hired and scheduled for the pickup? Save yourself the aggravation and avoid doing business with Penske or any affiliated companies. They don't care about you or your move; they just want to screw you over.
These guys do not pay their vendors. We've done a few windshield replacements for them and haven't paid us. They've forward us to voicemail every time we've call. It's very difficult to get a hold of someone there, I've called from my cell and when I do get a hold of someone, they give an excuse that Luke Nate or Ashley are busy and will call back.. Problem is they never do. Obviously they are avoiding to pay. Just a bad business.
