Glenn was obviously very busy and asked that I could remind him the following week of his expected visit. He then arranged to visit the following Friday to assess the flood damage to my parquet floor. It is now Monday evening and I have heard nothing - despite me staying in all day Friday… awaiting his promised call…. I most certainly would not recommend.
Glenn was amazing when he restored our wooden floorboards. His work was completed to a very high standard, on time and with a smile. I would recommend him heartily. He really cares about quality craftsmanship and delivers a wholly reliable and professional service.
