Touchwood started off promising and has been a big disappointment. Biggest opportunities are a lack of communication and not great workmanship. Still in my project but wishing I went with the other contractor. I’ll update once I can get them to commit to a date for a punch list and finish the project. I shouldn’t have to chase them down for everything but of course I have to do a lot of the leg work and consistently following up behind their workmanship issues.
