My Pilates sessions with Erika are life changing. Life long problems are improved with just the right exercise, performed at exactly the direction or other detail which makes all the difference. Understanding exactly how to do an exercise makes the difference in whether the difficulty one is experiencing is improved or not at all. She is superb and never ceases to impress me after many sessions.
The best place for lymphatic drainage, visceral massage, and fixing the "my (insert body part here) hurts, please help" from aging or injury. Do yourself a favor. Come here and openly communicate what's going on and watch the magic happen. I've been going to see Esmerelda for a while now and she is truly the best. I had major surgery last year, battle Chron's complications, and your everyday aches and pains of an aging athlete. I love this place. As a nurse, I understand the importance of taking a holistic approach to healing. This place has exceeded my expectations. Adrian has done way more to to help my back pain than the 4 doctors I have seen. I booked without a preference for a therapist and was a little surprised when I showed up and had a male therapist.
