I Have been working here for almost 4 years And I have to say that this is the most family oriented company I have ever worked for in my life. They take great pride in making sure that the families and the residents are happy and well taken care of, not to mention all the incentives and encouragement that they offer out to the staff. Upper Management is absolutely wonderful I am a pleased and very happy to work with some very honest and motivating people.
I had the pleasure of working at the Fistburg location. The Administration and Director of Nursing is a PRIME EXAMPLE OF QUALITY CARE. I'm very critical about my comments because I love what I do and THIS LOCATION IS THE STANDARD TREND SETTER.
This is the worst senior facility I’ve ever experienced. They don’t care about anyone including their employees. WORST SERNIOT FACILITY IN WISCONSIN!
