My NeuroQuant imaging had some things missing, so I called and talked to Courtney who spent time trying to get ahold of the software company to find out what the issue was. I have been here twice this year for an MRI. Everyone I have interacted with is so kind, patiemt, and helpful. Ryan the (very handsome) technologist makes you feel heard in a way that lessens nerves about the procedure, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I was able to choose for my 2nd MRI, and I chose Touchstone because they are fantastic and friendly.
