The techs here are wonderful and try to make you as comfortable as they can for testing. They check on you during the testing to make sure you are doing okay and to let you know you're almost done, etc. Great place to have an MRI. I received a CD and the written explanation of what was found (I did go back after the results were available to get both, but a CD is available as soon as your test is done if you need it right away). My tech was an Asian lady. She was super nice and they were so fast. The facility was clean. My appointment was at nine and it is 917 and I’m now in my car making this review.
I had an amazing experience at Touchstone Imaging. Courtney did my MRI and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. I struggle with claustrophobia, and I didn’t even have time to get scared — that’s how smooth and fast the whole process was. The staff was kind, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. They also worked with me on a payment arrangement for my co‑pay, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. This place is absolutely incredible, and I would refer anyone!!
