New Gated Community
Bought almost a year ago and I love it. Houses are nicely built. People who complain about parking are the problem. The ones who complain about parking buy a townhome and use their garage for their stuff and not their cars. They then complain saying they have no place to park. News flash…. You should have bought a single family and if you couldn’t afford it don’t complain. Pool is nice and maintained. Community is always clean. Response times of the touchstone team are very reactive and fast
The house is very cheaply made and the HOA is in league with the predatory Ashley towing company. There are a lot of little things missing in these homes including no linen closets and no drawers in the master bathroom. Also pay attention to how many homes are already up for sale or unoccupied in this community. The thought of buying a home and not having to pay rent is awesome but shop elsewhere!
