Ripped off still waiting for Touchstone to refund my cash! My experience, I arrived early as ask. At intake I was handed the normal clipboard to fill out my personal info,upon completing went to hand it back to the woman I was dealing with . Long story short, in the few min it took to fill out she had left for lunch. I waited 15 min then went back and retrieved the clipboard and handed it to another woman working intake.
