You need to take down your posted office hours if you’re going to make up your own hours. Leaving when your last appt does and forgetting us that are referred from a doctors office . I had to make another trip from chalk bluff due to this. So be careful folks... they don’t stay open as the sign states , closing times vary on when they want .
spent weeks waiting for a call back about a refund, had to visit office twice and second time had to sit and wait as i demanded to speak with someone, manager was not in but finally called my cell phone (he was supposed to have called two weeks prior to this), and then he informs me that after trying for several weeks they just approved the refund and i would have to wait for another period of time before getting my refund, when you have this hard of time getting your money from business run from them as fast as you can bill... read more
My husband had an MRI back in August. BC/BS advised us it would cost $345. We received a bill for over $1,000. We filed an appeal with BC/BS and it was denied. After reviewing the EOB with BC/BS, BC/BS has an agreement with Touchstone Imaging or BTDI JV LLP on a charge. Patients should not be billed the difference, however Touchstone or BTDI JV LLP are billing patients for the difference. This is so unethical and I will be looking into an agency to report them to!!!
Revd an MRI back at the beginning of November and was overcharged by over $1000. My insurance has corrected their end (after Touchstone continued to only blame BCBS after many phone calls). Tried to call again to follow up on refund and they are still blaming my insurance and have no idea about a refund. They had no problem over charging me quickly. This facility is great and the people are nice, but in the end this review comes down the the company and all they like to do is drag their feet and place blame fully else where.... read more
