Touchstone Imaging is not to bad I went to have an MRI on my brain for headaches. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Very good deal, I would recommend them. Billing need help, I got over charged for co payment so I am having to request a refund, be sure and know what your co-payment is before going in, I guess I assumed they knew what they were doing until I contacted my insurance courier...no worries.
Profesional establishment The people are very profesional, everybody. I have used them twice and have been very pleased with every one there. I feel they are the best if you need an MRI. This place I recommend highly.
easy I find that when I have had to get an MRI , in the past, the closed in feeling makes me sick. I just cann't lay still. This open MRI is great. It's so open that I did not get sick at all. Just lay back and let the machine do the work. The staff answered all my questions, and then turned on the earphones to my favorite radio station. Made a difficult test easy.
Friendly and Efficient I have had two occasions to use the Thornton Open MRI and was pleased with both experiences. The location has ample parking and is easy to locate. It is a very comfortable environment; does not have a "medical" feel. The staff is friendly and willing to help sort out insurance and payment information. They were able to get me scheduled in quickly for both tests. The Techs who performed the tests were talkative and cared about my comfort. They seemed extremely competant. Inviting and relaxing When I had to have an MRI on my knee, I went to this place. The staff was very friendly and explained the whole process to me. They let me select my own music to listen to while I had it done. I laid on the table, went to sleep and they woke me up when I was finished. How painless is that?
