Very quick and easy to schedule, staff was friendly and professional. Had a small issue with billing, but was efficiently escalated to the correct departments and the issue was resolved. Overall great customer service and easy to work with
The Technician and staff were very friendly, however, you cannot rely on their price quotes from your insurance plan. I was told that my MRI would cost around $800, I stated that was more than I wanted to pay and refused. I received a call back shortly after stating that they rechecked my benefits and all I would have was a $100 co-pay. I was assured multiple times after this that they had checked with my insurance plan and this was correct. However after having the MRI I received a bill for the original amount. Good experience for an MRI. Michelle (the receptionist) was very understanding when I called to say I would be late because I was in a car accident on the way to the appointment. They were still able to get me in even though I was late.
