I've had my annual mammograms here every year. When I called today to schedule, they informed me that there will be a $60.00 fee. I explained that my insurance covers mammograms at 100% since they are "preventative care". The woman said that they now have a better machine and their owner decided he's not going to cover the $60.00 difference (from the old version). Extremely unhappy about my services there. I was going in for a routine 20-week pregnancy ultrasound. According to their policies, they require a full bladder. That is utterly idiotic; I had 5 ultrasounds (at other places) with my previous pregnancy and was never required to do that, nor was I required to for my 13-week scan with this pregnancy (also at another location). amazing.... had a ding on my credit report when they, THEY, misapplied the patient portion of the payment.... no courtesy call, no mail.... just a dunning call. wow! and then, years later, though there was a zero balance, paid as soon as we heard, they resubmitted it to my credit report with that zero balance. Sitting in the beautiful waiting room, gorgeous, listening to phone calls made to individuals who were deemed to owe money and referred to by both of their names, a little training may be in order.

I was not impressed with the front desk staff. They forgot about my wife and she waited a very long time and was never seen by anyone. She was told to sign in and they never got back to her. She ended up not having her test done because the help went home before she could be seen.

staff is very rude. i was scheduled for a mammogram and was told to sign in and that they would call me. 2 hours later after not being called, i went up to the desk and asked when would it be my turn. i was told the the mammogram tech went home and that my paper work was already tossed out. the front desk staff did apologize but also said that if i had been sitting there so long that it was up to me to ask why i hadnt been called. i had to take a day off of work to go to my appointment. i will contact my doctor to send me to... read more

I've reached the point with Concord imaging where I will ask my doctor to refrain from sending me there in the future. While the professional staff of Concord are competent and generally pleasant people, their counter staff are rude and obnoxious. While trying to make appointments, I've been left on hold for several minutes without the courtesy of letting me know what's taking place. I've then been forced to physically go into Concord just to make an appointment and have been forcfed to sign in and wait for up to 45 minutes ... read more
