I needed an ultrasound after a medical procedure to check healing for a followup appointment. After a lengthy process to get all the needed information, they made an appointment for me . Only a week before the appointment (and too late to schedule somewhere else in time for the followup appointment), they cancelled the appointment saying they didn't do the procedure. I wish they had done their job initially. It cost me the necessary information for my follow up.

MRI tech Tammy was excellent! Made the tests easy and explained necessay steps and how it would go. She makes you feel comfortable and confident in her ability and quality of the test. I did an ultrsound also but I would say the tech who did that was not as forthcoming with information. I have had plenty of ultrsounds done, usually the tech will speak during procedure and at end give you some basic feedback such as not seeing any blod clots, etc. This tech said virtually nothing except what to do before the test then "here i... read more

If I could give a LESSER Rating, I WOULD!!! Had a good experience in the Imaging Process at the Denton, TX Location. HOWEVER afterwards, T/T began Billing me for a SECOND CoPayment. First, and Only ONE, was already PAID at the Service! My Insurance Company (HUMANA) Insisted they had a "Deal" with Imaging Companies. They would Pay for 2 MRIs on the Same Day and at the Same Facility with a COMBINED Co-Pay of $200. Upon arriving at Touchtone, they CONFIRMED and I PAID the Agreed $200. Extremely unprofessional. First, I was woken up at 8:04 and 7:04 in the morning over two days on the weekend by text messages from them. My phone is on 24/7 because of elderly parents. Secondly, I set up the test weeks in advance because it involved fasting and I wanted the first appointment in the morning I got there on time for my 7:45 appointment and after waiting 45 minutes to be taken in for the test, I finally asked how much longer it will be. Avoid this place! Go anywhere but here. The most rude receptionist ever and clearly do not care about the patient or what they are going through. Seriously go anywhere but here.

Poor office management and dishonest billing: I have a few reasons for my one star review. First, I get a call the day before my appointment on Dec. 27 that their systems are down so they would need to reschedule my appointment and would call me to do so. Fine, not a huge deal. A week goes by, no call. I call and leave several messages and finally hear back that their systems are still down. but they have my message and will call when they are back up. Ripped off still waiting for Touchstone to refund my cash! My experience, I arrived early as ask. At intake I was handed the normal clipboard to fill out my personal info,upon completing went to hand it back to the woman I was dealing with . Long story short, in the few min it took to fill out she had left for lunch. I waited 15 min then went back and retrieved the clipboard and handed it to another woman working intake.
