I've used Touchstone many times for various imaging, today and in the past. Scheduling appointments very easy to do. The front desk staff have always been very pleasant. My experiences with each technician has always been exceptional. They have always recognized my needs as a senior and assist me on and off the table and make sure I'm comfortable. They always explain what to expect during the test. I'm always at ease during the procedure and I highly recommended Touchstone for testing.
Have bad anxiety and am claustrophobic. Today I had to have an MRI of my back. Took a sedative before arriving. I only had to wait less than 5 minutes after arriving!!! Explained my claustrophobia and anxiety. The staff was so very kind & accommodating. Office is nice & clean. Comfortable environment. And I got through it with no problem. Would highly recommend them. They are genuinely caring. Thank you!
