I went there for my CT and I have an insurance and the front desk lady she’s not listening me and whenever I was trying to saying something about my insurance she’s just starting to ignoring me and I told her I have insurance and she said you don’t have any insurance etc I’m gonna charge you otherwise you it’s not about money but her attitude is not good with me she was very rude

They failed to disclose that their MRI machine is an old, antiquated model that a normal human can barely fit in. Due to having claustrophobia, I tried my hardest to make it through two scans but was not able to finish the exam. I complained at the front desk right after coming out of the machine. They initially refunded my money. However, weeks later they tried to bill me. In addition to this, their Radiologist is horrible.
