I cannot thank Barbie enough for the incredible care she provided during my MRI. After everything I’ve been through lately, I’ve developed a massive fear of these procedures. I was terrified, but Barbie was an absolute angel. She was so sweet, attentive, and genuinely kind that I immediately felt safe. She even gave me a lavender patch that was so soothing. I hav had may images done here and i love this location on Louis Pasteur. Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean facility. This is my definite location for my needs for this tye of work.
This office is completely outrageous and deceitful. My PCP referred me here for images. When I was given the out of pocket cost I declined the procedure. They continued to call me frequently asking when I want to schedule my appt. After several declines, they offered me their "financial assistance" package. The onsite office pre-approved me over the phone after sending check stubs, and assured me costs would be covered. I have never been to a facility as great as Touchstone. I highly recommend the Medical Center location. Barbie is excellent, her communication is great, made me feel comfortable with my MRI. Front desk gentleman is very nice and welcoming. Thank you Touchstone for making feel comfortable and not a burden. Thank you
I had a great open MRI experience at Touchstone Imaging Center. The front desk staff were great, and the MRI Administrator (Raul) was amazing. I suffer from anxiety, and Raul really helped me throughout the MRI. I highly recommend Touchstone Imaging.
