Front desk staff was rude and dismissive. Was told it would take over an hour for them to contact me with my STAT results, but did not happen. When I called for a status, the remote employee put me on hold for over five minutes to find out it had been read over 10-minutes prior. Thank goodness it wasn’t more critical.
