The technician was very kind and compassionate and she did a great job, she helped me a lot. I don’t know her name but it was in Baylor surgical Las colinas on the night shift. Thanks to her!
My husband & I have both had had X-rays & MRIs here over the last yr or so and all times the entire staff is wonderful! The front desk is helpful, kind and ready to help in any way they can. The techs we’ve had are beyond great! The know their business AND have a personal touch to make you as comfortable as possible. Waiting area and exam rooms are very clean and waiting area is very comfortable. Easy in and out. Thank you Touchstone Staff!

Company will not refund me for an MRI they did NOT PERFORM!!!
UPDATED 1/22/26 Jennifer, one of the techs, was committed to my comfort during the procedure. She was professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Plus it took fewer than five minutes from when I checked in to when she brought me back for the procedure. The young lady checking me in, Yolanda, welcomed me with a warm smile even at the early hour. She was happy to greet me. What a pleasure compared to just seeing the top of a receptionist's head.
